I wrote an ecourse! Sign up! Join me! It’s really short and it will make you laugh (or your money back!)
And the best bit? It’s TOTALLY FREE!
After my first baby, I felt a little bit… off. It took me a long time to get back to feeling like myself again, and along the way I picked up a lot of wisdom from professional therapists, from friends who’d been there and made it out alive, and from entrepreneurial wonder women who made it look easy (but had their own stories to tell)
So I gathered up all this knowledge, turned it into a series of silly emails, and made a short ecourse for the benefit of all. Please join me. It’s totally free and always will be.
What is it?
The 7-Day Emotion upgrade is a course for women who’ve had babies (although men have signed up and so have baby-free females – all are welcome!) It features seven simple exercises, all useful, all fun, that you can do to help you re-find your self-identity, work out what you want to do with your life and get back to your usual fabulous self.
I wrote it because it’s the course I wish I could have gone after when my first daughter was born.

That’s it!
Still not sure? You can read an excerpt from the first email here.

Ha ha ha – this is hilarious. ~ Caroline
This stuff is great, Katie. It’s yoga without the yoga speak. I’m going to pass it on to lots of people. Love stuff like this when it’s written with humour. ~ Ruth
What do you get if you cross the humble wisdom of the Barefoot Doctor with the irreverent wit of Caitlin Moran…Katie Lee! ~ Lia (again – she really likes the course, ok!)
The way you write has me full-on chortling at my desk! Thanks for making me smile today! ~ Tracey
I’ve just finished reading the first bit AND AM ENJOYING IT SO MUCH! Just had to stop and tell you. Especially as I want to read all the others at once. This is a book. A musical? A film. A new HBO drama. ~ Julia.
